The first words I wrote as a blogger were "This should have started a few weeks ago..." However it would be more accurate to say "This should have started a few years ago..."

I first found blogging through a Yates Veggie Growing Challenge in 2010, where keen gardeners were encouraged to blogs regularly throughout the growing season in order to win prizes. After 84 posts I discovered a love of writing and had a garden full of wonderful things to feed my family.

Since then I created a blog on wordpress: gardeningkiwi.wordpress.com where I can share the ups and downs of life in my garden.
